A1 Gates provides gate installation, repair, automation, design, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Gate repair and maintenance
• Automation equipment installation and service
• Emergency repair services
• Access control systems

Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates are provided based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposits may be required for large projects or custom fabrication
• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, credit cards, and approved financing options
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• All installations include a workmanship warranty
• Products are covered by manufacturer warranties
• Warranty terms vary by service type and materials used
• Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals
• Maintain gates and equipment according to provided guidelines
• Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. For projects where materials have been ordered or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on actual costs incurred.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A1 Gates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 Gates, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Property Access and Damage

While we take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that service work may require access to various parts of your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions. Any damage caused by our work will be repaired or compensated according to our insurance policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
